State Department for Youth Affairs and Creative Economy and its Agencies Submit views on the Creative Economy Support Bill

The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) Ag. CEO Nelly Muluka, on Friday, November 14, 2025, joined PS, State Department for Youth Affairs and Creative Economy, Mr. Fikirini Jacobs, when the PS led the Department and its State agencies to appear before the National Assembly’s Departmental Committee on Sports and Culture to submit their memorandum on the Creative Economy Support Bill (Senate Bill No. 30 of 2024).

The KFCB is a State agency under the State Department for Youth Affairs and Creative Economy, mandated by the Films and Stage Plays Act, Cap 222, to regulate audio-visual content in the country.
