KFCB Recognised & Awarded for Excellence in Public Service Delivery
The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) has been honoured for exemplary performance during the 2025 Public Service Reflection Dinner and 2026 Agenda-Setting Forum, held on 5th December 2025 at the Tom Mboya Labour College in Kisumu City.
The forum, hosted by the Office of the Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service, celebrated State Agencies that, among other achievements, received an unmodified Audit Opinion from the Office of the Auditor-General—an endorsement of strong financial management, accountability, and institutional integrity.

Receiving the award, ~ on behalf of~ KFCB Ag. Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Nelly Muluka, credited the milestone to the unwavering commitment, teamwork, and good governance demonstrated by both the staff and the Board of Directors.
She noted that the recognition underscores KFCB’s commitment to upholding professional standards in delivering services to the public.
KFCB is a State Corporation under the State Department for Youth Affairs and Creative Economy, mandated to regulate film and broadcast content in Kenya with the aim of ensuring that content conforms to Kenya’s culture, moral values and National aspirations as well as to protect children and vulnerable groups from exposure to harmful/inappropriate content.
